Trending @Accenture; shift allowance will change each month ? In payslip different amount is showing for the same number of working days . Any idea plz

Write a mail to poc regarding your shifts and this is the amount I got they will look into it and credit back pending amount. No shift allowance is fixed for every month/year it varies on level

The manager needs to approve the shift allowance before 9th if every month. So for April month salary, he should approve the shift allowance for both fortnights of March by 9th April. If he approves only for one fortnight, then half month’s allowance only you will get, remaining half month’s allowance you will get in next month’s salary

The amount should remain constant for the number of days worked.
