Shift allowance for October month will be credited with November salary. Shift allowance always get credited in the next month salary

Hello please help if anyone knows the answer. I recently joined a new project and my morning shift started on 15 sep, furing filling sep myte i didn't tick marked my shift column, after talking to my manager i readjusted my myte in oct. But i haven't got my shift allowance of 15 days of sep.

What should I do in this?

For me also it happened last month but it's credited this month, including previous month shift allowance
