Trending @Wipro; Shift allowance not approved while on notice period

As the title says, I am not getting shift allowances because I'm in notice period. I work in rotational shifts but if I'm not getting paid what should I do?

Send email, follow up emails to PM, keep HRs in loop..even if they don't respond report to ombuds keeping mail chain as proof..this is the only way you can get your allowance

There are some PM's who'll try to save single penny from your hard earned money and show it as project saving...the only way to tackle is report in ombuds as mental harassment

Nothing will happen man...until and unless it is reported in ombuds.. It's better if amount is lesser..ignore and move peacefully out of wipro.

If you are on bench...try to negotiate your notice period now...it's good opportunity

So I spoke with my lead and he says that tha manager is shitty person and won't give anyone anything. Since I'm on notice period he even removed me from project so now I'm on bench. I am not working so not sure about salary structure right now
