Trending @Accenture; Shift allowance issue

Hi,

I am submitting shift allowance in myte as per new process for past few months. But, I am not receiving the allowance because as per the shift allowance team my request is not getting approved.

As per my understanding the root cause is my approver(Level-6) is not able to view/access the "Approve overtime and allowance" tab in grid menu in myte, so unable to approve it. I have raised an support request in time& expenses category for myte but have not received good response from them.

If anyone has faced/knows about this issue, could you please help me with the necessary process to resolve it??
