Hi guys, what is the shift allowance in Accenture, my office timing is from 6am to 4pm for 1 week then EMEA shift, then 8:30pm to 5:30 am , it is rotational shift ?

shift allowance is 10% of your base salary.

In my offer letter is not written, will they give me automatically or I need to submit timesheet ?

It depends on the timing as well as the project. Check with your manager and we should claim the allowance from timesheet. Ask at the earliest as missing yo mark it in timesheet they will cut off the allowance for that fortnight and you will never get it again.
