It needs to be approved by 7th of that month, so if you're asking for July and shift allowance would be updated in July Mid or End (assuming myte dates to fill) then the manager will approve next month ie August so expect it in August payroll

Your manager certainly forgot to confirm your allowance. Check with him/her.

If your manager didnt approve on time you wont get but do t worry it will get credited in next month
