Hey , so I am working on 2 - 11 timing in a project. So I wanna ask like if I'm eligible for shift Allowance...and if so do I've to stay in office till 11 or can just come early and apply for shift Allowance.
In Capgemini time is not count only access card swipe that's it that day you will be marked as worked from office i shift allowance website there is one option swipe adjustment there you can mention your time 9:30 hrs and you will get paid work from office charge : 200rs and if work from home 125rs
It's 100 rs in case you are working from home and 150 if from office. 200 per day one is for shifts starting from 1730 IST. this is what I know.
Not approving Attendance / Shift Allowance on time / within 1 month is also a way of cost cutting. Thats why earlier it was 3 months duration now just 1 month.
Yes capgemini standard is 200rs per shift for 2-11 timings. Even if you're not going to office. If your manager hasn't told yoi about this or isn't maintaining a roster they're tricking you.
