Can some please help me with the shift allowance in Accenture. I have joined Accenture recently and my job level is 9. The project that I might get has shift timings from 12 pm to 9 pm.

B shift- until 1:30 am midnight - 200Rs C Shift - after 1:30 am midnight - 600 Rs

Shift allowance is only provided for client projects and not for internal accenture projects. As per your timing, you will get shift B. I am not sure for compensation for Shift B at level 9, Maybe someone else at same level can give their input.

I am working at 5pm - 2.30am shift.. But we are not getting any shift allowance till yet.
