Trending @HCL; Shift allowance credit date ?

This is my first salary from HCLTech, but I didn’t receive the shift allowance that was promised by HR. Could you please let me know when shift allowance is usually paid at HCLTech?

Allowance is credited along with the salary of previous month - only if smm is updated with shift and approved by your RM. Sep month's allowance, you will get it in October salary.

Yes, 2:30pm to 12 am shift has allowance.

One month delay we get this allowance, sept month allowance you will get with oct salary....

Is it for non billable resources as well ?

It gets credited with your salary. But must have been assigned and approved before 21st lf every month. If it's approved after 21st then you will receive in next month's salary.
