Trending @Accenture; Shift allowance
I reviewed my payslip and noticed that the shift allowance has not been credited. I confirmed with my manager, and he informed me that it has already been approved from his end. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
I had the same issue for May month second fortnight, I reached out to my reviewer, he said it'll be approved automatically, PMO said it's not in their hands, Raised tickets to Payroll and MyTE they said reach out to Project Management. No one is helping me in this case
File a case against them then
Has to be approved by 7th of the month else you get it in next month.
Our team also experienced this before.. it will come in next month salary.
If shift allowance is approved , it would be credited along with salary for sure. If you dint receive the allowance , check with approver first and then raise ticket if it was approved before 7th day of the month.
