Who all get shift allowance? Only those who work in specific shits or is there anything paid if you are working extra hours. Please respond

B shift is eligible if the working hours are 4hours post 6:30. And C shift eligible if it’s 4 hours post 10PM or something around that.
You can ask DiPA. There’s a document around it also.

If you're working in B shift let's say from 12 to 10PM then you are eligible for allowance.

Shift allowance depends on your project, not all projects provide it. Its for specific shift, about extra hours you talk to your team
