How much can you get as a shift allowance, percentage wise?

Working 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM NO SHIFT ALLOWANCE 😞

I think yes you are eligible for shift B allowance. You need to discuss with your project manager or project pmo if they are saying no you can reach out to HR for the same because Accenture has a policy if we are working after 06:00 PM we are eligible for shift allowance.

Depends on Project. Some of My friends are getting Shift B and some are not getting anything for the same.

I think shift allowance is an eligible post 8pm your shift cover 4hours post 8pm...again it depends on project you check with your PMO or lead once

There is no shift allowance in Accenture

I have joined one month before in Accenture and even I know some of my friends working in Accenture for nearly 7months in work from office. For 4:30 to 2:30 shifts they are not receiving any allowances.

I believe it is project timings right.You will be not eligible. Your timing is considered as general shift. Shift allowance applicable only for below timings
-6 am to 3 pm -1 pm to 9 or 10 pm
