I worked in S1 shift for November 2025 and manager rostered the shift in December then i added my attendance then it has to be approved by manager but its not approved till now as manager said nothing is visible on their side due to some issue…so my question is how to get that approved ig its not visible on their system whom to approach then?

Your manager need to re-roster for that month and then you need to fill again, there could be chance that somehow your manager got changed and it went to other manager for approval, go to shift report and match that with your manager over call.
