Hey guys, so i work in afternoon shift and night shift sometimes. I don’t know how much shift allowance is there. And pls if anyone could tell me the procedure for shift allowance. Thank you
JL4 and below - 250 JL5 and above - 300
You will receive email every month with NSA data. Sometimes you get half in one month, the other half next month
U should check in paylslip,itbwill there in end
In the afternoon shift people get 250 per day and process is your manager will add your name in night shift allowance portal ....and you have to make sure you are applying WFH , od so that it should be between 2 pm 11:30 pm ....and when you go office after getting back from office next day you have to apply od from last swipe out time let's say 6 pm so od will be 18:01 to 23:50 pm
