I am ASE (2023 OB) spent 6 months in Bench and rest of the period to present in shell project , doing the same stuff repeatedly( executing the GC Controls) but no use as of 6 months I were been the project not learnt anything technically and I want to learn something usual for my career Can anyone suggest how to get a good project or where to learn the new stuff update on tech

Leave the company ultimately, but before that, do some courses like data analyst or anything but leave as soon as possible

Pick any course of your choice from udemy like power bi, automation testing or any tool which you feel is having requirement in market..
Don't let company or project decide your career path AND search new job ASAP
