Such a shame on our defense forces. Despite hogging large portion of tax money, they have consistently failed to protect folks in J&K. All our forces nowadays do is march on republic day, burn oil in airshows, and give podcasts.

Stop posting shameless comments. (1) Govt started decreasing annual defence spending budget, during last few yrs. While it should be ideally 3% of GDP, they brought it down to 1.94% from the earlier 2.4% of GDP. (2) Govt introduced Agnipath / Agniveer scheme, which has been criticised by almost all ex-Armed Forces folks.
So basically, Govt has been constantly constricting Armed Forces potential by more and more limiting their resources, just like severe cost cutting happens in private sector.
To top it, many times, Govt also forces Indian Army to go slow against terrorists (Manipur example where Indian Army was forced to release a few dreaded militants/terrorists).
Also, serving Armed Forces officers get beaten around by criminals and our Defence Minister keeps sitting silent.
After all this, you should first blame this Govt.
Why do you think there was no presence of Armed forces personnels at the terror site? When you do cost-cuttings, what do you expect? So criticise this Govt, not armed forces. Serving Armed Forces can’t come here on social media to defend themselves against anonymous/faceless people like us, so please keep that in mind.
J&K is a Union Territory, which means that their Law Enforcement comes under the 56 inched, Non-Biological Prime Minister
