Hi sharks. I hope you're all doing well and good. I'm writing this seeking genuine advice as I'm feeling stuck in this company. I'm stuck in a manual testing related work in an infra project and there's no real learning. Even a kid can do the same work that I do. I'm really anxious about my future.. any suggestions? I'm tryna build some development skills and collecting certs.. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Looking forward to your comments seniors.. 🥹🥹 Thank you in advance.
No need to worry bro.. Same story of every tester...I also thought the same initially that my work can be easily done by any kid but it's not like that .. experience is also imp and work is not easy whatever you are doing...you will Try to get expertise in Domain which you are testing..and as tester try to understand different different doman because for testing opportunities company generally take interview on the basis of domain knowledge for tester..
You are upskilling so that's good, don't stop doing that. Also, do some AI courses which alliign with your skills and certs that you are taking up. Once you are confident, start looking for opportunities within the org for internal movement. Else you can look for opportunities outside
