A close friend of mine took a bold call to leave a well paying job and start a startup. He built from scratch, worked hands on, understood customers deeply and tried to scale honestly. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints and lack of capital runway, the startup could not scale further.

He has been actively looking for a job since August 2025 but the journey has been extremely tough. Today, he is in a very difficult financial phase. Zero bank balance, ongoing EMIs and personal debt. To manage daily needs, he is currently doing food delivery in Bengaluru, while continuing his job search with full seriousness.

He is looking for roles in Category Management, GTM, Sales, preferably in B2C businesses. He has strong customer intuition, can identify market gaps, build early traction and scale businesses from 0 to 1.

If any founders, leaders or hiring managers here are open to supporting, even a reference, a conversation or a lead would mean a lot. Someone who has been in the trenches and understands business beyond decks and jargon can add real value.

PS I am a business owner and have supported him as much as I could. At this point, what he truly needs is a stable, permanent job and a chance to rebuild.
