Sharing offer with TCS

Should we share offer received from other company, with TCS, if TCS claims that they'll match the offer ?

Personally, I don't recommend sharing the letter, unless your offer is more than 3x your experience. For any other amount, if tcs is just matching on the basis of letter, means they are still low balling you. You should try getting an amount higher than other offer.
