Trending @Capgemini; Shares received - check validity and vesting options

I have received a mail in 2021 that I was allotted some shares of Capgemini and I had to sign a document. I didn't sign anything but I did create an account in the portal they give me (some Banque Transatlantique portal). I can see that there are some shares allotted to me.

1. How to check if I actually own them, mostly because I didn't sign anything?
2. If I do own them, when can I redeem/vest the shares?

Note: These are not ESOPs, the portal isn't Amundi.
