Shared flat to 2 bhk in Hyderabad

Hii peers,

I want to move into 2 bhk from being a flatmate in Hyderabad. I have read in the clause that I need to find a replacement in order to move out. How do I tackle this? Should I tell my owner I am finding a replacement a month before and then move out? And I am also hunting 2 bhks on the side. Please help. Thank you
