Share the expected CTC for a performance marketer with 8.5 years?
Hey folks. I’m working in a B2C as performance marketer. I feel that my cctc is way lower than the peers. Interviewing with few companies and what should be my ask as ctc? Please suggest.

Sounds too low to me. But,Depends on how good your campaigns perform. To be honest, if you are any good in B2C, you can easily make $5k-$10k per month with your skills (either as consultant or own hustle). At least $2k/month in side hustle .

Know a few people who work as consultants for 2-3 US-based companies, easy $7-8k/month

Yes. Trick is to work for USA based companies. One of the few careers as rewarding as developers.
