Share few projects related to data analyst which helped you crack the job?

I am trying to get into Data Analyst role but really not getting any call. I think one of the problem is the projects I have mentioned in my resume. Those are simple Power BI and Excel projects, can someone share some of the unique projects which helped you land the job.
