I recently came across a reel by Finance with sharan where he was yelling that he started at 28733 per month in bangalore and after 3.5 yrs he saved 10 lakh.. My concern is that he earned 11 lakh approx. And for 3 yrs he lived in 1 lakh and saved everything.
These finfluencers are just barking nonsense these days without thinking that they will get views.

When we say ‘started at’, it doesn’t means we remain at the same salary. He would have jumped a good hike or something. It happens only in case of great performance. Happened with me too when I started but tbh I saved around 3 lacs only since Bangalore cost of living is high.
