Publicis Sapient is one of the worst organizations to work at , there is tremendous politics , they force you to resign even when one is a permanent employee. There is no discipline or decorum and one is not measured on the basis of work but on how much flattery you can provide to your manager. They have literally forced each employee to resign . Shame
