She just said growth income rate is flat. Nothing mentioned about no hikes and promotion. Don't worry if you have performed well and have good feedbacks also due for promotion from 2 years you will get it Max 25%
Guys don't create such false news about no promotion and hikes.you will definitely receive if you are due for promotion this quarter and you have also performed well and received good clients feedbacks.

I totally understand you but considering all the factors like if you are due for promotion and and your manager is not biased then offcourse you will be promoted

She has mentioned few points in ‘The Macro Environment and our results’:
- revenue is flat as compared to last year
- large scale transformation converts to renevenue more slowly
- we have lowered our revenue range for the year
Read between the lines, this a foundation for country leads to later say clearly that NO HIKE THIS YEAR or atleast june.
They have money to spend on new people rather than focusing on existing folks
Work less and give yourself a hike in terms of work 🤷🏻♂️
