Shall I take paternity leave

Maternity Leave: 26 weeks event based paid leave for women employees who have worked for 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of their Expected delivery.

Adoption: 12 weeks (collectively if both parents are TCSers) of paid leave to employees only in case of Legal adoption/surrogacy.
