Trending @Accenture; Shall I switch?
I have been working here since 3 + yrs. Stuck with the same project. People here are good. I literally got all the including ACE, Tech star etc awards but no hike since 3 cycles. I didn’t even receive 2022 dec cycle (just got my variable pay), for that they have mentioned that I was promoted last sept so hike was already included in it.
Coming to tech, tech stack is good here as I have been stuck with same project, I don’t see any new learnings here. So, what should I do? I’m thinking for switching company. Suggestions please
I would recommend switch in product based org for more learning and financial growth. Better join back with Accenture in the end of carrier cycle before retirement for chill work environment
@Pikachu199 for your work, you have received tech start etc,. though at the end you have to satisfy with learning, pay etc right. I suggest to switch where you can upskill.
