I have 9.5 years of experience in total and all that in Accenture, Working as a selenium test automation lead with (15.5L fixed & 2L VP). Is this salary on par with market ? Or I should switch ? Pls enlighten me.

I hope most folks do it for money, you asked me a complicated question, I had passion and everything when I joined, after 10 years I am kind of lost in a jungle. Trying to get up skilled in gen AI and increase salary.
