Shall I Resign without an offer?
I'm an SDE (Springboot,Angular) with 3 YOE, haven't got hike for last 2 years, but I'm getting calls from Naukri everyday, I would like to completely focus on job hunting to crack the interviews.

I believe without offer resigning is equal to suicide. So don't believe in naukri calls, untill you crack the interview and moving forward in salary negotiation is itself not 100% sure company will release the offer.

Actually I had an offer declined it because of very less pay, cracked multiple interviews till the last round, I want to focus only on job hunting and preparation since my job is demanding more hours. I have 6 months backup for my EMI's
Resigning without having an offer is not a wise decision until and unless you have big chunk of savings with you that can support you for next 3-4 months. Naukri calls aren't that much reliable .

Don't ever try to leave an organisation without holding an offer, why because after leaving the company and if you did not crack an interview then companies will play with your emotion and they offer lis package and HRs will ask a lot of questions why there is a gap in your Carrier. Ask your current company, if I keep the paper drop and if I would like to stay back is it fine to take back my resignation, if they agreed for that then you can search new roles.

Yes from next month , market is not too good
