Trending @Accenture; Shall I resign or confront to higher management?
I am working in accenture from past 3 years joined as a fresher, I am getting good feedback from client good from my managers but only verbally and not in any form of recognition/ promotion/increment? Not only monetary but awards als9 , shall I take it as biased? Also I have asked for role off since I am so demotivated and it has been few months i did not get any reply of timeline and I heard that they do not want to release be me because i have dependency :( , but if this is the case I should deserve something right? Also I just wanted that my hard work should have been rewarded.. I have put this conversation before but not got any satisfactory revert So not getting role off then shall I resign or wait for next cycle?

Confront first. Resign later

Don't be optimistic in this case. Bahut acche acche log pade huye hai same condition me, they also won't get anything. Just switch, don't settle for peanuts. Don't get lured by all those promotion or hike related promises. Unless you want to stay, just make a switch.

I suggest you to start applying for product based companies, as you have good feedback it means your skill set is also good and you will not get much hike in the same company, so instead of expecting something from them, it's better you go for a new job and you can expect a better hike if you have good skills and as you already have a 3 years of project experience, target for higher pay like atleast 100% hike. All the best!

I am not that great in tech but still they assigned me 2 projects at a time ans expect me to work for both although for new i have to give more than 9 hours everyday.
I am planning to reign soon , will prepare in notice period but cant handle this toxicity.
If mental peace is fucked then i don't think anyone should entertain corporate bullshit. I am gonna work 9-10 hr when i am getting paid enough. Without a single rupee increment , they want me to work like 3 people. Not gonna do that ,will leave this shithole.

Sorry to be blunt but Hard work is not an exception . Hard work is the norm and is subjective. Thinking out of the box and implementing it is what would you give promotion and reward.

I agree with you on that totally, but at the same time then I should not have been asked to take more responsibilities as well which is above my career level right? So it's not like they don't think I can't I guess.

Exactly in same situation as yours. I have stopped working much, preparing for interviews. The day I get offer - I will resign.

Just resign. If you raise this point with your manager, he will say his manager isn't approving your hike/bonus/promotion.
