Shall I negotiate?

I got an offer in Rocket software as SE 2, with 17LPA as Python Fullstack developer, and parallel got Deloitte offer only python backend with 17LPA, how much is the current market for 3.1 years experience full stack developer? Shall I negotiate to Rocket software for more salary? Any suggestions?

That is quiet handsome package. Sure you can negotiate at one. Preferably ROCKET software because they are the only ones who’ll probably even consider it. If not you have your backup Deloitte.
