Shall I join Deloitte?
I hv 7 years of exp.wrkng as consultant at infy.current CTC is 15 and fix 12.5. Deloitte is offering 19 fix and 2 yearly bonus. Is it good deal?it's my first offer Bdw with 90 days of notice period at infy.
I talked to a HR via Naukri.com for Deloitte recruitment like 4 months back when I was actively trying to switch.They were ready to go for 16-17lpa with my 3yoe. Well if it's the first offer I think you can accept it. And then look for better opportunities as you reach the end of your NP. At your experience if you have strong technical & negotiation skills you can aim for 30-35 lpa.
Yes strong technical skill with little less negotiation skills but I tried hard to negotiate but as it's my first offer with 30 days of notice period HR is firm with her offer so I accepted whatever she offered
