I think my salary proposal is not yet approved. My technical rounds are cleared and the mentioned offering salary is discussed over the phone with HR. I'm assuming the salary proposal is not yet approved. So,I'm continuing my job hunt.

I have an offer of 20 LPA( 10% variable pay) from infinite computer solutions and an offer of 19LPA( 2% variable and 3%variable) from CGI for 6 years 6 months which is the better option? Plzz help
