I have been in shadow lock the POC and DU Lead keep passing me around any idea as to when I can expect my conversion from shadow hard lock to hard lock proper.
It's my first project and first shadow lock I also gave my techleap and completed it don't know if it will count or not for fast track promotion.
Since you are on shadow, i render you're at ASE level currently. Don't bother about the project you get to work on atleast for next 8-12 months. Just make sure you get wbs to charge time and work so you can keep learning. Let the higher ups take care of the project assignment.
I am AASE I was offered testing projects I refused them because I wanted development roles now I currently sit in shadow lock with a client
Shadow lock lasts for 6-8 weeks at max. Promotion based on tech leap depends on the project
I have been in shadow lock from past 20 days they locked me in a different project but today on inquiry they confused me with a different project.
Still no clue as what would happen with me I rejected testing roles this is my first shadow lock.
