There should be an integrated feature when someone gets a job at naukri.com then his profile gets updated and notification should be send to the searching profiles at shaadi.com about the groom and his job so that its a win-win situation for both.

Wrong. Getting pay hike, job change etc., is much easier than getting marriage match. I was able to make a switch and my package went from a meagre 16 lpa to more than 3 times of it; gradually increasing across years, while the marriage match is still nowhere in sight.
