it is not an employee category. i think it’s a DC category so it is not much related to employee. but to infosys on how they bill clients

I saw this in my ALCON profile/details. In the Employee Category field, it is mentioned as SEZ.

Primarily two types, STP and SEZ. Classification is important related to the tax benefit Infosys gets from the state govt.
