Trending @Capgemini; SEZ and Non-SEZ?

What is a SEZ and Non-SEZ location in capgemini? I am having issues with replicon as my project code is not visible there. When I raised SR, they saying " u are from SEZ location and the project is Non-SEZ, can't be cross charged".
