2 months on normal payroll + 2 months of base salary + 10 weeks of severance + 4.5% of annual base pay for every year I served here + annual leave encashment

You get 2 months to find a new job internally or externally, if you get a job internally you obv don't get the rest of the benefits.

After 2 month is over you are paid severance.

Base severance is 10 weeks plus 4.5% of annual base pay for every year you spent here (pro rata). 4.5% of annual for 1 year means 2.3 weeks for every year u worked.

But Indian labor laws also require to pay 2 months after layoff so we get extra 2 months.

Overall noticed many got ~6 months salary
