Severance pay regarding
Has anyone got laid off recently? And got severance pay for this ?
Recently laid off people conveyed that they are not getting severance pay is it true?
If someone has stayed more than 3 months on the bench then obviously he/she have received the severance pay indirectly.
And what about those who has been pushed to bench forcefully even if they were billable on the project and for the next allocation their approvals to allocation have been blocked even the next project is willing to take them in? Please explain
And what about the mental harassment those same associate have faced during shift from a stable billable situation to (Searching new projects by their own, giving interviews, Getting selected and finally got to know he/her can not be allocated due to certain person in system not approving their allocation to project)
