Severance Pay querry

You should be getting around 11+3 months of gross salary

If they pay that for everyone , then this company will go bankrupt

You can expect 3 months notice + 7 or 8 months Severance = in total 10 or 11 months Gross salary, which is a decent payout

May be perfomance bonus they will not give

How much is TCS experience?

Does severence pay include only basic salary or all the components?

Are wo TCS ka experience hoga wo count krenge TCS exp. 11yr then only 11+3 , total exp. 11yr but TCS exp. 2 ur then they count 2+3 months salary only

You should get 11+3 , but actually they are
Not giving equal to yrs of experience. My friend of experience 15 got 13 +3
