Severance pay / notice period pay

Hi

I have recently got laid off from company on sept 1 ,2025. I have asked for chances of severance pay they told they can't provide them .Likewise I didn't got my severance pay and my service letters. I needed them . I have raised ticket in my alumni port. But no response. What should I do? I need my service letters.
