setup preference
Hi All, I need some advice on what I should go for.
Currently, I’ve been using a MacBook Pro for all of my needs, but I’m planning to upgrade my setup. I have two options in mind:

Get a base MacBook Air for personal/travel use, along with a fully-specced PC as my main desktop.

Go for a higher-end MacBook Pro and use it as my desktop (connected to monitors, keyboard, etc.) for both major stuff and personal use.
I’m a bit confused about which option would be better since the overall cost for either setup would be roughly the same whether it’s a MacBook Pro or a PC + MacBook Air combo.
One thing to note: I already have a Windows laptop from my company and might also get a MacBook for work in the future. So this setup is purely for my personal use.
I do want to play games (not very heavily), and most of them are Windows-based. also, I do prefer macOS as I personally find it slightly better.
