Setu (Pine Labs) culture

Hey folks, I got an offer today from Setu (recently acquired by Pine Labs, the PoS company) for an SDE 3 role. I have 7 YOE.

I currently am working at an Indian unicorn as an SDE 3, but I am stuck in a developer productivity role, since 2.5 yrs and I am looking for a consumer facing product development role.

They are offering 45 LPA fixed compensation, plus good esops.
