Which countries in Asia can we get a good job and finally a PR, anyone has any idea about job conditions in Thailand or Malaysia? Is native language compulsory?

Germany good healthcare, better labour laws , free education. Support for even when you are unemployed.
Downside is 50% of your income will go to paying tax but you get the benefits.
Currently it is the best option since US it's tough to get visa,pr and also unsafe

Australia is relatively easy to get PR compared to other countries
Thailand Malaysia will be difficult since Mandarin/Thai is mostly required for a lot of jobs and teams
