Trending @Accenture; Serving NP - tasks assigned by manager to complete before LWD but I got disappointed variable pay,what should I do now? Tasks or no Tasks?

Most of us are upset & disappointed about the hike & variable pay that we have recieved considering no increment from past 3 years, knowing this I put down my paper & also I have been seeing lot of politics & work pressure these days. So these toxic manager & lead has assigned me tasks so that I should work & complete work if not completed by the deadline they might make exit process difficult it seems but after knowing my variable bonus which 29k instead of 95k I was furious & asked my rights about my variable with team lead but he didn't have any answers to questions & was kept silent. Now what should I do , should I complete the tasks assigned by them considering this disappointed variable pay(It's ours). I feel if there expectation is to complete the tasks then it should match with my expectations of variable pay whether I'm serving notice period or not.
