Serving notice period on bench

I am on bench and serving notice period since last 50 days..i am not going to office because i don't have any odc to sit as i don't have project..recently my laptop is not taking password and i am unable to login into it with pin or pass/ face recognition. And unable to log a ticket also GHD..please suggest. Getting below error.
