Trending @Accenture; Serving Notice period - early release
I got offer yesterday and resigned. My np is 90 days and lwd is 17/Dec.
I am asking for early release as I have 45 days of earned leaves and want to leave 2 weeks early but these HR people are saying " its encouraging to serve the entire notice period" to which i replied I am willing to payout.
Genuine question to people who got early release- will accenture allow early release or is this hr being hr and starting the initial discussion trying to discourage me.

I had an approval of early release from the Manager, People Lead, Track Lead as well as MD of the project and Market, But CL10 position HR rejected the early release request saying this is only possible for medical and higher studies reasons. There is no respect to the decision of MD as CL10 HR rejecting even after the approval from CL5.

If there is no dependency in project i just joined the project can i get early release in 10 days? I already dropped papers.

Nae milega bhai and December ma hi jao V.P milega

No early release, no payout. Except medical conditions

All depends on HR and your manager if manager days you're not a billable resource and if you're a billable resource your replacement is ready you can get early release or else won't

That HR doesn't want to additional work just escalate to his/ her higher up.. bullcrap everyone they are forcing to leave and one who wants to - they are bugging them.. what 🤡

No chance of early release, you have to face 90 days notice . This is what happened with me.
