Serving Notice Period

Hi All, I have offer from infosys for mainframe developer but they low balled me for 7.83 lpa for 4 yoe as Mainframe Developer which are the other companies where I can apply for is it true that while serving notice period probability of getting calls increases

Yes it does! I am on my NP and new company hr called me and asked me for any offer in hand, they offered me +2 lpa on top of the new offer I have in hand

The probability of getting calls will increase only when you have 15 days left or a month in the case of your NP as product based companies, startups and mid size companies mostly prefer the ones who are not on NP or getting early release but service based companies have no issues even as they are fine even if you are in NP
