Most likey if you won't Opt for PIP: You can get early release with likely 3 months salary and FnF. If you opt for pip no benifit at all no bonuses no VP no hike no promotion for year till next rating so better leave start finding job which anyways you are doing so you are on right path

I'm serving notice period, if they let go me it would be better immediately, else I would need to stay and look for other opportunities. I was on bench for 4 months
